Save Our Tigers: not enough

Saving India’s last wild cat species: the TIGER is one of the major aspects running in the blood of nature lovers and the protectors.

Hunting is a sport of pursuing and killing wild animals in order to provide food, or simply for the thrill of the chase, or for the enjoyment of outdoor life. People have been hunting since prehistoric times to provide themselves and their families with food, fur and leather clothing, and hides for shelter. Because of its challenge and pleasure as a sport, however, hunting has remained a popular activity even in modern times.

The British in India saw large animals as signs of a wild, primitive and savage society. They believed that be killing dangerous animals the British would civilize India. They gave rewards for the killing of tigers, wolves and other large animals on the grounds that they posed a threat to cultivators.

Over 80,000 TIGERS were killed for reward in the period 1857-1925. Gradually, the tiger came to be seen as a sporting trophy. The Maharaja of Sarguja alone shot 1,157 tigers up to 1957.

But coming to the point as it states, we may think it’s just save tigers. Those who say so are wrong. We should not assume complete satisfaction to the tiger that its life is in safe hands.

Notice people who have to leave their houses or better HOMES due to certain circumstances? They do look back to gain a sight of their homes. They recall the time they were in their home. Their minds are satisfied when they go back to stay there once again. But what if they are displaced permanently? It would take years for them to start going about their hobbies and breathe the air of HOME, because it’s a long way for the new house to become a true home.

The same thing for TIGERS.

Hence we should also look out towards protecting tigers and their wild habitat. Follow the instruction given in the specially designed picture shown below:

Electricity Wastage! Y?

Everywhere you go you will find people are crippled without Electricity. There is so much demand that there are 100% chances of forgetting that some things need to be switched OFF. Consider a case where in a family sits together for dinner or in front of the TV having a home-theater feature. The kitchen light is ON along with the exhaust fan. Cooking is over yet left ON. No one greedy enough to a complete 2nd serve nor is smoke filled in the room, yet left ON.

No one making the bed in the bedroom yet light is ON.

Help me with this doubt.
" Does ANYONE sleep with the lights ON?; Sleep walk safely I guess.
With the AC running form 9 pm to 7.45 am.? Is it that Hot?"

Once at my friend's place, I seen the horror happening. I popped like a bottle cork and asked whether any one needed them on? or Whether they didn't have a switch?

The reply was " Bill ke paise kya tu dene wala hai?" meaning " Are you going to pay the bills?
SHOCKING!

People do it because they have MONEY. Those rectangular strips of paper are used for THAT?
I bet those promise bills were not minted in that intention for being WASTED on things that shouldn't have been purchased.

Yes! Today, people think " My Purchase, My use"

God made this world for all. Same way Electricity is made for all. No one has the right to use it in such a way that the others don't get anything or hardly a little
like how I said earlier being crippled.

Looking forward now into our interests, many of us love hanging and wall mounted Lampshades!
But how at all are we to cut the electricity bills when their small bulbs consume 60 watts.

Infact lampshades are never used as a source of light in that room. Their reflectivity is the reason behind them being beautiful.

The best way of cutting the costs of the bills and admiring the beauty of the lampshade, remove the POWER HOGGER form it and employ a DIET FELLOW. I mean remove the original lampshade bulb and fix it with a O watt or a 5 watts florescent bulb instead.

Thus
  • become power efficient
  • admire the same beauty of the lampshade
  • reduce heating of the lampshade
  • reduce maintainance of the lampshade
Thus help save Electricity, reduce pollution due to generation, and Save our Environment.
